Hmm... try Amazon. I would also call local dog clubs. Sometimes they have a book library or can reference you to someone who will loan it out. It helps if they know you, though.

After putting the book down for a little while, I finished it today. It has some great tips for all levels of reactivity. I hope to implement things with each of my pups.
 
I've found a number of copies used of it but they all cost the same or even more then getting it new. The only place I haven't checked is ebay and that's always hit or miss or you could try the library, if they don't have a copy they might be able to get one from another library...
I really want this book and plan on ordering a copy sometime in the next few of months!
