Barbs comment is interesting, I personally have no idea what very young Sheltie puppies look like.

Maggie what is other possible breed mixed in there???
 
there's too many to count. She's a breeder though and the dogs were kept in pens. She had a sheltie boy she sold right before Hadley. I'm assuming she was trying to breed them. A couple of them have very fluffy coats and then some it's just normal. They all have more around their neck though.

I think anything is possbile with where she came from. Another week or 2 they should look more sheltie or not.:smile2:

Here is a picture of Diva and her brother Dexter at 2.5wks. A couple days younger then these pups and they are pretty smooth.

Awwww, Dr. Shelli what a precious picture of them :biggrin2:, how totally cute.

I also agree with give it a couple of weeks or so and it should be pretty obvious, kind of maybe, what other mix is in them !
 
Yes, it will be interesting to see what they look like. Their coat is very thick right now. They are cuties whatever they are! :)

Yes, at 2-3 weeks old the coats are pretty smooth, especially if mom has just washed them. Right after washing they look like they've been gelled and moussed into imitation baby seals.

Awww Janet, Angus looked so sweet and attentive!! On a lighter note, haha they do look like imitattion gelled up baby seals, or is ok to say hamsters :uhoh:

YESS!! They are a beautiful blessed surprise and you are taking fabulous care of them inspite of not knowing what to do :yes:.

I just can't imagine the incredible surprise you had when you saw Hadley go into labor and deliver them, WOWEE!!:eek2:
