Not at all.

I would suggest you dilute the ice on ice, or any detangler spray. If you use it too often, it can really build up and make your dogs coat sticky or oily.

Actually I found the build up with Ice on Ice to be minimal, and there have been times I've had to really drench an area to get a mat out. (Specifically behind CJ's ears.) The product is already pretty diluted. I purchased the pump bottle and the refill. When you refill you use MAYBE two tablespoons of product. The rest is water. The refill bottles lasts forever at that rate.
