Mine? They blow coat starting in October, and one or the other might go two weeks longer. Lucky has a silky coat, and Lady has more of a coarse coat, but its a big coat. The vets can't get over her coat, wheres the skin, I want to give her a shot. The first time I asked them to help me with a poop chute on Lady, they rolled.
The techs asked what are you here for today? Shots, nails, and a poop chute.
Our outfits are never complete without sheltie hair. I run Jaws the sweeper everyday. I have those sticky rollers to go over our clothes before we exit the house. Every once in awhile there are a few tumble weeds of sheltie hair blowing around on the kitchen floor. They blow a little in April, and a bunch in the fall, but around the same time.
When that puppy hair blows, it seems like it never stops until that adult coat comes in.
