This is our blog. Scroll down a ways to the pix of the open rail and you can ride our train in the vid (camera on train of course). It takes you through all 3 separate loops end to end. Trains run onboard battery/steam power and trains (throttle and sounds) and switches on the track are remote controlled. The upper loop was first then we added the lower two and connected them under the house.

I've always wanted to build something like that. Good for you for spending the time on it. It looks like so much fun!
