Ewww...random worm?

I took Vash to the vet last week and he got dewormed yet again. Tonight I took him outside to potty, and after we got in I decided to play with him for a bit.

Well..we had been inside for a while and I was tossing things for him to fetch. One time he ran by and I felt something slimy touch my arm, i looked down and it was this small little worm like creature. I flushed it down the toilet, but should I be concerned?

Is this something my pup just encountered outside and decided to nibble on? or did it come out his back side?

Ewwww! I think I'd go check his stool and his little butt hole. Better safe than sorry.

From personal experience - just because a vet has done a stool sample to check for worms does not mean that your dog is worm free.

I'd take Vash to the vet, too.
