Fleur already had an accident, need advice

There are some YouTube videos out there. It's relatively easy, really. To me, I'd prefer both down, if possible, if not at least both the same, up or down! The ears will go up and down for some months while they teeth. The way I did it was get TearMender rubber glue. Put just a bit on the ear hair (not the skin) fold the ear over by about a third, and glue to the inside (nose) edge further down. It would usually stay one to two weeks for me with Meadow. Have someone hold her while you do it, if she's wiggly, a spoon with some peanut butter on it to distract her works wonders! Good luck.
 
So Pico had his ears glued for 14-15 months.
they do tip (not as much as I'd like, personal preference).
But they also prick up A LOT during the day. Like whenever he is actively listening or laying on his side.
They do fold over when he is walking and such.
But sometimes they look funny with one up and one down!

But I'm pretty sure at this point I'm stuck with where they are
 
Yeah I am unsure what I really want to do. I am not worried about her ears being wide and don't want to glue together, but I do like tipped. Beignet was very naturally tipped and I love that look, but honestly she isn't a show sheltie, she is a pet, so it doesn't really matter. Just don't have any experience tipping.
 
I didn't glue together either.
I ended up using a combination of moleskin and tear mender.
Basically, I had the moleskin glued to the tip of her ear, and if I needed to glue it to the lower part of the ear, the moleskin was inbetween. I will say the as Pico got older, the moleskin (I used multiple layers) weighing down the tip was often enough.

His ears are not both tipped exactly the same (they don't look terrible but if you really look they are definitely different).
But Pico is a pet, so thats fine
 
What a true cutie. Is it important to glue her ears? Are you going to show her? I know it is personal preference but I have had dogs with both tipped and erect ears and it did not make a difference to them or to me...
 
I used to have a video on how to glue ears but it seems to have disappeared. This might be helpful. I don't think you have to glue them together on top of the head, you just want a nice ear tip, so just glue them down as shown here. Jiffy Sew or Tear Mender are the best to use for that. See if this helps, if I find the video I'll post it.
