Me too. I got the flu from the shot. Dr told me I was likely incubating it before the a shot.ok next year same thing. I don't do the shot anymore, knock wood no flu since. Don't do flu shots for dogs either.

I am with you on this one. Get the flu shot and there is 10 more that the shot does not take care of. I swear I am still replenishing the liquids and the potassium that I lost. Its been a real experience. I feel like a monkey eating all the bananas and other things that help potassium, plus taking potassium pills.
