Oh no! I am so sorry that you were hurt that bad. Torn ligaments are not fun. I had one last year on my inner ankle and after being in a walking cast for two months, it still would swell a year later. UGH. Toffee was so concerned about you. What a good boy.
 
Definately must have been a course design fault Ashley :wink2: funny how people seem to go down at the same location greased Grass:winkgrin:, at least you could both laugh at each other.

It was so embarrassing! I was the first person to run, and the ground was soaked. Several other people fell that morning, too, but it was too funny since DH and I fell right after each other at the same place. You can tell how slippery it is for the dogs, Bentley knocked 2 bars which is really odd for him (you can see that he just slipped).

I'm finally less embarrassed and willing to share the video. Don't feel the need to watch the whole thing (the weekend was a bit of a wash since our partner passed away and we just went out there to have fun and run in his honor).

But, everyone needs a laugh every once in a while :)

I only laughed when Johnathon fell, but that's because you were laughing too! :lol: Props to you for getting back up and finishing the course. I think I would be a little shaken up after a fall.

I'll let you know...I turned on the volume (at work) just to hear you laugh at Jonathon. And yeah, I think it was funnier that you were laughing at him. Poor guy. Was he running Lexi?

Holy cow...it looks like there must have been a hole in the grass, because you weren't even moving that fast when you went down. Hope you heal up quickly. It's so sweet how concerned Toffee is about you!

I'm afraid to watch. I can barely handle seeing those stupid kids eating it on their skateboards/bikes/etc. Ugh.
And if it's not that bad, maybe it's because I saw your leg that I don't wanna watch it. Cuz I know what happens to said ligament.

Take care of that ankle/foot!
