Found Sheltie with missing owner

I wasn't quite sure where else to put this. The Houston Sheltie Santuary has a senior stray Sheltie who's been found with a serious illness/injury and is trying to find his owner.

I hope they find the owner soon especially if the injury is serious and they need the owners permission to provide expensive medical care
