Yeah, something is hinky there. He really wants to bear weight on the other leg. His legs look well placed underneath his torso, but seem to be close together. If you run your hands from the front of one shoulder, across the chest to the other shoulder, do you hit another bone? The pro sternum should be in the way of that line between the shoulders. If not, maybe the lack of chest is what is throwing the legs out.
