Funny things they do

My vote would be to let her out. You want her on your schedule, not theirs.

I have actually got the boys to understand weekdays and weekends. They know weekdays to start fussing while it's still dark outside (6 a.m.). On weekends they don't start until (7 a.m). I swear they count the days!

Today, I took the day off work to use up vacation time, and the both boys were snuffling and pushing at me at 6 a.m. "Mom, Mom! You have to get up, you'll be late for work!" "Shuddup, boys, I'm not going in today!" "Too late, Mom, we're already awake!"

They never do that on weekends. How weird is that!?

My lab Jo use to wake me up. I'd set the alarm for 7pm and she would poke me in the eye with her nose at 6:59 every day. I could feel her standiing there by the bed sometimes and wait for her, she never missed:lol:

Years ago, Ron and I traveled quite a bit for our jobs, and we always thought that it was amazing that Cleveland would know when he was on the itinerary and when he wasn't. I never figured out how he knew the difference of business travel and family travel.

'Course the other funny thing he use to do was as you were packing, he would jump up on the bed and pull clothes out of the suitcase and hide them under the bed. I would end up getting ready for work in a hotel and not have a blouse that I thought I had packed.

That is very cool!

Back in July,I sent a gourd ornament ot the White House, for the one of many Christmas trees. Hav'e'nt heard if it was picked to be on one though. But I thought it would be fun to send one.

I'll bet it was!! There were so many trees!!

Lady acts awful when I have my sneezing fits. The other night I was in bed and she acted like I was going to die, and she places her head next to mine, and of course her body. Then the sheltie hair flies up my nose, and I sneeze some more.

Lucky is so used to me sneezing he just lays on my ankles and ignores the entire situation. Well now I can't move. One is up tight on my chest upset about me, and one on my ankles, like a wrestling move, I am pinned.

I tore off wallpaper, and the drywall finisher FINALLY had time to show up, I waited cause I know he is great. The wallpaper didn't come off so easy, so he had plenty of work to do. The sneezing began! For some reason this is the only guy Lucky came in contact and did not like. He has four dobies, and Lucky didn't like their scent at all I quess.

I thought I was going to have to wrap the walls in Christmas gift wrapping paper to hide what I did to the drywall in spots.

Places to sleep!

The breeder had the liter peeing on newspapers and laid newspapers in a liter box for them as well. We did the same thing and for awhile Megan peed and pooped in there mostly. Well now that she goes outside, she LOVES to sleep in the liter box, (of course it's cleaned and has a small towel in it). It just looks so funny as she grows to see her squeeze in and curl up in this liter box. She has a bed also but it's getting a bit small, again, she loves to squeeze in!

My boy is terrible about wanting to go out--I mean he wants to go out all the time! He just wants to go outside to mess around and play, and will whine at the door, rattle the blinds, and when I still don't listen he jumps on me, paws at my arm, and whines. I let him out, all he does is sniff around and comes back in. I hate to ignore him, because what if he really has to go?

Deja loves it outside. She wants out every 15min in the evenings. Once outside, provided she has done her 'business' she will lay in the snow.
