I was thinking the same thing too! I just thought at 17 weeks SHE would let me know she has to get out and GO.

That's my problem. Bailey knows my schedule. Except on the weekends, I don't have to wake up at 630am, but she thinks I do and wakes me up :(

uhh huh! Thats a yes~

She obviously has some good bladder control. Trapp does not bark to get out of his crate either,even after a long night sleep. He will send out this very faint whimper. Then when you get to his crate and open the door,he lays back down!

It's as if..he thinking..ok..we got her up..ha ha!! Now what is she gonna do.:biggrin2:

If he happens to sleep with me,on the nights Brian is working,he has a habit of waking me up,by licking my nose,or snuggling his cold nose on my face.
How can ya not smile!!:winkgrin:

Ha ha, that's what Megan does too when I open the crate up, lays back down. I have to play with her a little THEN she comes out! I take her straight out to the backyard, she stretches than goes, Ha ha. She can't sleep on the bed yet because that's where our 2 feline "Queens" sleep. They barely tolerate her around the house, but the bed, :mad:, they'd never speak to us again, Lol.
 
Beckon had a case of the "mommies" this morning. He woke me by putting his paws on the bed and whuffling in my face. Then as I got ready, he lay by my feet, followed me everywhere -- of course, I kept stopping to cuddle Mommy's Big Boy -- and barked me down the driveway.

I went on a White House Tour today. Sure wish I could have brough Beckon. I think he and Bo would have gotton along fine! Yes, Bo was playing on the White House lawn! :wink2:
 
My vote would be to let her out. You want her on your schedule, not theirs.

I have actually got the boys to understand weekdays and weekends. They know weekdays to start fussing while it's still dark outside (6 a.m.). On weekends they don't start until (7 a.m). I swear they count the days!

Today, I took the day off work to use up vacation time, and the both boys were snuffling and pushing at me at 6 a.m. "Mom, Mom! You have to get up, you'll be late for work!" "Shuddup, boys, I'm not going in today!" "Too late, Mom, we're already awake!"

They never do that on weekends. How weird is that!?

That is very cool!

Back in July,I sent a gourd ornament ot the White House,for the one of many Christmas trees. Hav'e'nt heard if it was picked to be on one though. But I thought it would be fun to send one.
 
In the morning,when Earnhardt is ready ot go out,he comes in and he bumps his body up against the bed. He has'nt done it so much since Trapp has been here,as we are up early enough.

When he bumps the bed,it makes the whole bed move almost.And he will keep doing it until you get up~

Our Golden used to come into our room and just sit and kinda sigh to get me to let him out. He had the run of the house of course, but preferred laying on hard surfaces. Sometimes he would just sit and stare at me and I could sense it, Ha ha.

It will be interesting to see what Megan does when she has the run of the house and she needs to go out. Right now since she is not 100% potty trained she has to stay in her crate at night therefore can't bump into our bed, :lol:
