Fur, down there, gets tangled!

Just so we're all on the same page. The poop chute and Vogue's girly area isn't the problem. She's actually very clean and rarely does anything get stuck. I'm talking about the are from her girly part to her ribs. I guess that's the stomach area on a human. THAT is the hair that gets all tangled up. :( Poor Vogue.
 
Cranberry is the only one who does all his business in one spot. Callie walked- I was so glad that the rescue people told me that was normal. Dixie walks but she's usually quick about it. the other boys- well when they were marking more, they walked for both but now not so much for the pee though we do have to find the perfect spot:rolleyes2::winkgrin:
 
Bailey's issue wasn't her stomach fur. It was the fur on her inner thigh. I trim the fur around her vulva because she is prone to UTI's. And then I would just trim a little of her pant fur that's by her inner thigh. If I didn't remove that fur, it would mat from urine.
 
I had a very heavily coated Aussie that would tangle there. Perhaps a little session with thinning shears would help? Perhaps during bathing use a little extra session in that region with Blue Dawn to extra de-grease the area?
