Emmasmom

I was checking out the shampoos in the local pet store today, wanting to buy something different from the puppy shampoo I have been using. I found the Furminator shampoo and decided to give it a try.
I would give it two thumbs up. I bathed the three using warm water and this shampoo. They feel and look as if they have just come from a groomer. I have never gotten as much loose undercoat out of them after their baths before. Natalie had a lot, but she is blowing her coat at almost 14 months of age. Liam's coat is just gorgeous. He is finally getting a beautiful thick coat after all his sickness and surgery. Emma has such a heavy undercoat it is tough to get it.
Just used the pin brush to brush them out after the shampoo. I notice there is a deshedding spray as well. I am thinking of trying this for the between-the-baths grooming.
Barb V - if patrons ask, I highly recommend this. The girl in my local PetValu had never tried it so I will let her know how good it works.
