A shaded sable is a tri-factored sable is a mahogony sable. It's all the same color.

Pure-for-sable is the same thing as a golden sable.

Pure-for-sable and tri-factored are the terms used in breeding. PFS because that dog can only produce sables. Tri-factored because they can produce tri-colors and sables.

My parent's sheltie is a shaded sable but it wasn't till he was about 4-5 that his fur turned really dark. It was really beautiful when he was younger with a lot of red fur mixed in.

A shaded sable is a breeding term. If she can throw tri-colors, then she's a tri-factored (aka shaded) sable. If she can only throw sables, then she's pure-for-sable.
 
I've had a few mahogony sable shelties. Here is a pic of my two that are called Mahogany sable shelties
