getting "fixed"

my boy is at the vet getting "fixed" today. hopefully an uncomplicated surgery and quick recovery.

for those who do agility (or jogging or other intense activity w/ dog) - how long did you wait after neuter before resuming normal activity level?

The usual recommendation is 10 days.
