Getting ready to compete

Good luck! We will be cheering for you!
Like how you stay engaged with your buddy. Hopefully March will be a little warmer? Most of our trials are indoor here so can't imagine running layered like that. Must be extreme agility thing:wink2:

LOL
Hellz Yeah! That's the only extreme sport I will ever partake in, LOL

Yes, March will be in a heated facility, our training area just isn't big enough to hold a fun match, so my Instructor and friend rents the Canadian Agility Association of Nova Scotia's facility, speak unheated former Barn outside the city limits, lol
At least it has a bathroom now ;)

Yes, stay engaged with your dog, I hate when people don't pay attetion to their dog and then wonder why they don't get buy-in from the dog, lol
Toffee is really loving agility and has much more drive than he used to have.
I was only jumping him at 10 inches because his shoulder was a bit sore again, so I don't train at competition height all the time, and this was about being connected as a team AND him moving on out ahead of me, which he did :D

Okay, first a big brrr! You look so bundled up! I don't think it's ever been that cold here and I'm sure since I'm from Cali, it's even colder there. Brrr.

Loved the distance on the pinwheel (tire, jump, jump) and how Toffee was with you the whole time. Yay! I think you two will do great in March. I'm excited for you guys.

Seriously just going to do it for the experience and fun, because I expect him to loose his mind a little in that two ring arena...

We had a good practice today on teeter playing the bang game at a workshop, I am JUST starting him on the contact obstacles, continuing to build value for a solid 2o2o.. He still hasn't done them fully, as my Instructors are big on not moving too fast but trying to get me to teach it right the first time around :(
I trust them, so I have been listening... as annoying as it is to me that he hasn't been really on a solid contact obstacle yet, lol
