Gloves for Utility

Where do you buy them? I expected to find them at Home Depot or Lowes, but so far no success. It seems like I shouldn't have to order such a mundane item from some obedience specialty place.

Back in the day, I used to order them from Paul's Obedience Shop, but I can't find them around anymore. They may have gone out of business.

J&J has some, I noticed, in their last catalog. If you are needing extra small gloves for an extra small dog, you can boil them on the stove and they will shrink somewhat.

I bought a couple of sets from Sylvia's Tack Shop, they come in two sizes and either size should work well for a sheltie. However, Davina who is 16+" with a very long nose found that the gloves laid to flat and struggled (wasted time) to pick them up. I wrote the Carolina Glove Company and they sent a variety of thicker styled gloves which happened to be men's work gloves. I shrunk them down and they work beautifully for her. I am currently using the smallest gloves from Sylvia's for Dalton who is 10", 10lbs and the bigger set to teach Rush who is 13", 12 pounds and 5 months old.
