Fluffy is VERY hard to see at night, and that might be a better option than having an ugly red flashing bone charm on her collar.

Oh wait, Fluffy is already getting something for Christmas. Gotta think about Smudge!

My sheltie Weebo has a light up collar that I bought at a homegoods store on sale for only 16 dollars. The brand is Visiglo it lights up green and blinks or just stays solid green. It seems to be holding up very well.

We live in the country so we don't have to worry about using a leash when he goes out. It makes it nice to be able to see him out my kitchen or livingroom window in the dark.
