Glycerin for ear tipping

Alonsoe who told us that glycerin is how they tip ears in Spain, told us to apply a bit on the top of the inside of the ear. If you need more oomph, apply a dot on the outside as well. Then fold the ear over and massage it a bit. She suggested repeating it every few days as needed.

I used it on Ruffles when I was done gluing her ears to reinforce them. They were tipped, but breaking a bit higher than I wanted. I just put it on a few times a week and it really brought her ears down. They look great now.

Hi Ann,
I just ordered some glycerin for Liam. He is 16 months now. The left ear is not tipping as well as the right...
To make them symmetrical, I am going to try using glycerin. Do you think it will work at his age now or am I too late?
Luckily, Liam has large ears, so more to work with!

I was surprised by how well it worked on River. It doesn't tip them immediately, but by the next day you should see some result. If the ear is stubborn use it on both inside and outside. It acts as a weight also. A little messy and greasy looking but it wears off on its own and it is very safe.

Sorry, Gloria...not on too much because I had eye surgery last week and am half blind while it heals. I would use the glycerine just on the ear that you want to improve. Use it inside and out, just on the tip. If you can, press it down a few times a day and refresh the glycerine about every other day.
