It does look like it is Lance Canines. But it is very mild. She has a lot going wrong in her little mouth. Her lower jaw is shorter than her top jaw. She is still growing, so that might fix itself. 
She has several teeth that aren't coming in. I don't know if they are down there and just taking a bit, or if they are missing. She turns 8 months in July. But at this point, the vet is not recommending surgery because she DOES manage to have a scissor bite in spite of the fact that her little teeth are pointing all over.
He does not fully rule it out later, but for now, he says she seems okay. And if we need it in the future, he has the name of a doggie dentist.
