No way, it will fit her just fine at that size. I'm going to have to cut off some of the velcro strap in the front because it's just too much overlap if I put it on snugly.

Nah, just room that it could be adjusted. Granite weighs 20lbs now and Trax is 28lbs. With Granite, the velcro is too long and I'm going to have to cut some of it back I think, but for Trax it would fit with plenty of room but not too big on him or anything. I couldn't see him in a mini-mini.

. She is 32 pounds so I am thinking a 0 but with what you are mentioning about Trax fitting in the mini I'm now considering that maybe the mini would be best...

I'm thinking of ordering one for Kyara but I can't decide on a size
Birch has a 0, he is about 29 lbs. I measured his chest and he was inbetween on the sizing charts. I tried it on at a show and the 0 fit him better than the mini. He is also a young boy and will fill out I am sure as he gets older. I did have to tighten up the chest strap quite a bit as he is deeper than he is wide. Diva is also between sizes mini and mini mini(she is 19-20lbs and Birchs' is huge on her) so I am going to try one on her in 2 weeks at our next show(same vendors will be there)
Tabitha the harness cost depends on size. I paid 39 for the harness I have smaller ones cheaper by a couple dollars a size and larger ones more I not gotten the fancy labels yet as I haven't decided yet. preprinted ones I have seen between 3-4 dollars and custom between 6-12 dollars.

I'm still undecided on what to put on the labels. I'm not sure what sizes they would need. F-kap is 26lbs, 16 3/4" tall, and 22" girth. Jody is 20lbs, 16" tall, and 20" girth. Ida is 12lbs, 13" tall, and 17" girth (Ida's sizes may change, I'm not sure if she's done developing yet).

Hmmm...I didn't realize Trax weighed so much. Koji measures 20.5 around. At the top end of a mini mini. But he weighs 19.5 lbs. Maybe 20 right now, he feels a bit chubby, that or it's fur that needs brushing, haha.
Why does he have to be right in between? He's got to be difficult, I mean different and unique, on all levels. Sheesh.

Wow. I didn't realize Birch was THAT big.
For everyone commenting on size, you're talking about weight, but they say to measure around their chest. Can you list what your dog's measurements are? I am curious, because Koji is at 20.5" around, is 18" tall, but weighs in at barely 20 lbs. Other dogs here who weighs 20lbs aren't that height. I didn't even realize Trax weighed 10lbs more than Koji.
