Greeting from Christiana, Delaware

Thanks everyone! It was hard placing Chance in crate last night, but at least Chance took it well. The crate was placed in our bedroom with crate door facing our bed, when Chance was placed in crate, he looked at us in our bed and went to sleep pretty quick. I hate the feeling of placing the sad puppy in crate, but it's a start.

It's always difficult to place them in the crate for the first time (or wherever they're sleeping). But, it sounds like your little Chance did extremely well. Asher and his brother Bugsy were whining until they tired themselves out.

He's such a sweetheart! I love the name you chose too. And of course his large white blaze on his face. He's going to turn into one handsome boy! Take lots of pics for us as they only stay a cute lil pup for so long. Asher's now one year. Time flies

Congrats ...Chance is adorable! Take lots of pics and video of the puppy days ...they go by fast! Enjoy your adorable Sheltie!

Congrats on your new puppy!! I your pix are great and it looks like that little pup is going to have LOTS of love. All the best to you!
