I will always be a sheltie person. I was lucky enoughto have a soul mate for 8 yrs. before he went to Rainbow Bridge with heart failure.Those were very good years and I cherish the memories!

Greetings from Maryland! So sorry to hear of your loss. We had to put all three of our previous Shelties down one year apart. Very difficult, indeed. What pulled us through was coming home not to an empty house, but to another Sheltie (every time one passed we got another). We're back up to three again so there is lots of love in our house. Perhaps you'll get another?

I would love another sheltie but had trouble finding a rescue that had one. I now have a border collie mix rescue. She will never be a Sheltie but is helping me to survive this crazy life! I love Shelby but I will ALWAYS LOVE Shelties. I love reading all the posts from all of you!Enjoy every day! If it is meant to be another Sheltie will enter my life.For now Zhivago[sheltie,Rainbow Bridge] is always in my heart and Shelby is by my side.

Finding shelties
[If you want another sheltie and din't mind driving four hours we have several in nj that i would love to help you with. You can see them on line. This rescue group are so wonderful and love there shelties. They are there for any problem. And even have several parties informational or just plain fun. Google Nj sheltie rescue . . . Or just ask and i will help
