And there was the incident earlier this week when three boys came running up the street to us when they caught sight of Lerwick, because from where they had been standing at the other end of the street, they had mistaken him for a fox! Boy were they disappointed to learn he was just a dog after all.![]()
Sad story around this. My Aunt used to live in Gallatin, and she was walking along her property on the outside of her horse fence, and her Sheltie was following (as always). Some guy ran his pick-up truck off the road (all four wheels) and ran over her Sheltie! Just ran her over right there! It was HORRIBLE. My Aunt ran over and picked her up, and she died in her arms. He had killed her. They knew the guy lived down the road, so my Grandfather drove down there so angry and the guy said it was a fox and he wanted to kill the fox!!! You can't have foxes around, he says. What
It was just the saddest thing ever. It was the day before her wedding, and she didn't even want to get married after that and cried through her entire ceremony and reception. Horrible.
