I don't know what a teasing comb is, but I suppose it is combing hair hard from tip to root for entanglement and hollow bulge more.

I can use hairspray?

I'll try to do it myself!

That's right. Work a flea comb with fine teeth up and down to get it to fluff up. And human hair spray would work great.

Need to find my old neighbor, Angie. Angie did magic with a teasing comb and a little dippity do! She had the highest behive hairdoo in town.
