I' m so sorry, i know exactly how you feel, we. 've had issues with Max ever since rescueing him. And i too feel guilty at time when i see people playing and running with there dogs or read here on the forum about agility trials. I would be happy just to see Max wag his tail! Now he is losing hair again!!!!
So sorry to hear Max is battling these issues too. If you haven't done so already you may want to have his thyroid tested. Skin issues are very common with thyroid disease. Hope you see a tail wag soon. Hugs to Max.
