Haven't been on here in some time. Hanna & I are doing great - She's already 4 and bit! We were at the vet today getting her first dental cleaning (preventative - her teeth are great) and she weighs in at 22.9 pounds.
We love her to bits - actually everyone she meets is a new friend. After I lost my Blue, I didn't think I'd get another heart dog but this sweetie is my constant companion.

Yes, whether we are ready or not, they sneak into our hearts -without we discovering it. :hugs

Welcome back!

So glad you are both doing well! Good luck with the dental! Logan is scheduled for one soon too!

Love the pictures! Yes, you are blessed to have another heart dog!
 
Thanks - She sailed through the dental, we did the pre-op blood work and IV fluids, they gave her a shot of antibiotics and some pain med - she did not need any to take home. Vet said her teeth are very good, just some build up un the back teeth. I wanted to get ahead of any potential future problems. I got a free sample of the dental kibble (Royal Cabin) but I think she is doing fine on her regular food with a couple of greenies a week.

Hopefully Logan does just as well.

I have not used Greenies.
I have been scared that they might get stuck in their mouths!

Can you believe our babies are 4 already?? Fillion had his dental (to get ahead of it as you said) but its his canines. They were pretty bad for 4 and a half... Gonna buy the expensive tooth gel in the hopes I can keep em clean--I hate having to put him under for any procedure...
