I don't think we have heart worms here? Seems to bloody cold...?
I haven't been very good at keeping up with the sentinel meds! I look at it more like a flea thingee, and not worried about fleas in winter...

I better get started again with regular doses...

yea I'll stick with it on the same day every month. Bailey gets her heartworm pill on the 8th of every month

Too Funny..........It is the 8th of the month here too. I don't know how that date got set. I put a sticker on the page of a sheltie pup!

We just have to mark it done, so that both Ron and I don't both do it!

The month of my daughter's wedding a few years ago I completely missed giving their heartworm pills. I felt like the worst puppy parent when I realized it! It was June too, so bugs abound. My vet just had me bring them in for another blood test (it was past 45 days) and we started again on the pills, which they recommend giving year-round here, even in the winter.

The best suggestion I've had for keeping track was from missjennygirl, when we both bought week-at-a-glance calendars last December that are just dedicated to the dogs. Every time one sees a vet or gets a pill, I write it in there. It is so much easier to keep track now!

That is funny. I have the little sticker on my calendar. I think it used to be the 6th, but since Feb is a short month, I pushed it back two days in March.
