Ann, I hear you! This might be my new reality doing forward! Callan is also upset because I also moved his bed. So that I can put the back the crate and xpen in the corner of my bedroom. Callan is saying: WTF? I liked my corner! Why are you moving it!

I'm trying to decide to whether to book off work at my store for a few days, just to get things settled. I think I must. I'm stressing out just a little about the first day and night home tomorrow. In my head, I know it will be fine....its not like the first time I've ever brought home a puppy, and I've never had problems with house training either, but I guess I'm OCD over this. I'm pathetic!
 
Definitely take a few days off. Even if things go smoothly at home, you'll be useless at work because you'll be too worried about what could possibly be going on at home. Besides, the new one will only be a new little puppy for a little while -- you don't want to miss those initial few days while he's trying to figure out his new home!
 
You know Barb, even though you've been away for while, you're still the top poster. People were almost going to catch up but now you'll have lots of puppy pictures and stories so I'm sure you'll be ahead again. I think that's why I've moved down the posting ranks - haven't had a puppy to share on SF. Now I'm jealous!
 
Welcome back! Such a cutie! I have not been on here as much the last few months. New job and medical issues with the family so I totally understand.
