Welcome Steve! So sorry for your loss of Sammy. He was quite an awesome furry face and I know how much you miss him. I never had a pet growing up either, as I had bad allergies and asthma. Thank goodness I grew out of most of it and was able to get my first sheltie (sheltie/border collie mix) Klee who lived 14 + happy yrs. It took my hubby and I a year to be ready for another and in August we got Brandy, a crazy silly girl who's been a joy and brought back what was missing in our lives. She's a squirrel chaser too!!!! I hope someday you're ready again to bring another wonderful sheltie or any furry face into your life. Would love to see pics of him.
