Hello from Canada

well done
great job fetching!!!! I just love her little face thinking :D

Up is obviously the new trick and I know you're clicking for that, but how does she know it's not sit-roll over-up all at once, won't she possibly end up all as one behaviour down the road? but maybe you're switching it up all the time so she can't pattern on it? Shelties pattern almost as fast as Border Collies, lol

Hi Toffee Mom, the commands get switched around during practice, that was just a cool combo to show my wife. :) Thanks for your advise.

Welcome

Agreed.

A great option for when she is a bit older is puppy bumps - you can make them yourself by cutting a pool noodle in half lengthwise. The general rule of thumb is that you don't want puppies to jump higher than their knee joints, and never on hard or slippery surfaces like tile.

I hope you're enjoying this bonding time with your little one...puppy days fly by all to fast :smile2:

Thank for your advise, will stick with more gentle tricks for now. Working on rolling back the other direction, and fetch still. She seems to be enjoying the exercise though, so I guess I can run around with her a bit.
