Hello from GA

So glad to see a couple of new people from Georgia. Your dogs are gorgeous! I am northwest of Atlanta, a little west of Acworth.

We have a new agility, obedience, and rally club starting up in Paulding County. First organizational meeting is a week from Monday.

I've been looking all over for some good obedience and agility training places on my side of town, but can't find one that suits me. (Petco and Petsmart are good to start with, but nothing very advanced.) Wish I was close enough to go to your place.

Anyway, welcome to the board and enjoy those classes!
 
Jaynie, I'm glad you have an Agility Club opening near you. I took Obedience Classes at CPT in Sandy Springs. It would still be a long drive for you but, the classes are really good there. They have an Agility class too.
 
I used to work with CPT - does Mark still own it? I was there when he was putting his GSD Akbar through Novice B obedience back in the mid 90's.
 
Welcome from California. I got to visit Georgia once and it was beautiful. Your dogs are very handsome!

Yes, Mark does still own CPT. And he still teaches classes although he didn't teach the classes I took w/ Finley. Jaynie, we may have crossed paths in the 90's. I took Beginner and Interm. Obedience there w/ my last Sheltie, Jack. I think it would have been in '97. He brought Akbar to class as the demo dog. My husband called her "Snackbar".
 
Welcome from Newfoundland!! Rusty looks a lot like my Jesse. We have done foundation agility and will start beginners in the spring. Jesse loves it and passed the foundation with flying colors. I know you and Fin will love it too!!
