As mentioned to add pics save your photos onto photobucket (or even on facebook) and add a link in your post (the link button is the little world with the chain in front under the smiley face). We would love to see Fivos
What part of Greece are you in? My family are from Rodos and I am there every couple of years - although its hard to go and leave the pups at home. Never seen any shelties on the islands.

About the puppys name ...
FIVOS is a second name that ancient greeks used for god Apollo .He is known in both Greek and Roman ancient mythology as
God of light, music, and hearing.
When we hear the name Apollo, we tend to think of space, due to the spacecraft that was named Apollo, but in reality, he does have to do with space, as he is associated with the Sun. In Greek he is known as the God of Sun, logic, and reason. Ancient greeks used the name FIVOS for the god when he was associated with the Sun and the light.
I called him FIVOS beacause in modern times in the 2004 ATHENS olympics the mascots where 2 ancient dolls named FIVOS and ATHINA .
FIVOS is now a member of our family and i am planning to get a female in the future that i will name it ATHINA....
I will update my membership so i can post some photos .......

Caro , good morning
I live in the town of IOANNINA , Ipiros region .....that is Northwest GREECE, for those ho do not know much about Greece.
You in the Aegean islands have all the shinny weather and blue seas and we have all the rocky mountains with the snow and the rain, (just the kind of weather I think)shelties are used to).
I had my summer vacations in Rhodes two gears ago… wonderful place, wonderful people .
Pleasant to know I am not the only one from Greece in the forum
Hoping to hear more from you and any other Greek sheltie lover ,we will keep in touch .

That is interesting! Welcome to the forum, it is fun to join it, I have learned alot here about shelties. I have a male sheltie, Sandstorm, age 1 year, we adore him. I also have a neice named Athena!! It is a beautiful name for her.
