HI friends
Thank you all for your kind welcome. I have been waiting all weekend and have managed to sneak a quick few minutes at the library today to post a reply for you. Normally I only get to go Tues, thurs and fri.
I love taking pictures of the shelties in pretty locations so I'm obviously in the right place. I don't have my flash drive today with me but was up late last night putting together a small selection to introduce you to my boys. All being well I will attempt to post them tomorrow.
I am loving the pictures of all your shelties (Sca with green feet

) and I thing they are gorgeous. What fun you all seem to have with them!
I will put a post on the obedience section tomorrow too all about the display team hopefully with some pics too.
Little bit more about the boys and history...
I always wanted a dog but when the opputunity arose to get one I went through every dog breed just about then realised the perfect dog was right in front of my nose in the form of my auntie's little sable sheltie Merlin. He was two at the time and I had known him from a puppy. We went to a few shows and I saw a gorgeous sable dog and traced his breeders who put me in touch with someone who had used him. I had my heart set on a tri and luckily she had a tri boy, who was my Revel. He has been my soulmate from day one. I've been loving the thread on the personalities of the dogs and Revel would be just like Sean Connery in James Bond, including being a ladies man I'm afraid. He is called Revel because I wanted a name that reflected how I felt about him and Revel seemed very appropriate.
Yogi was bought primarily as a dog to show and I got him as I had fallen in love with his mum. When she had her first litter I was first in line - although he is not a bit like her. When a puppy of 6 monts he ran into a low table and I reckon a bit like a clock he stopped at that age and still behaves just like a pup! He is a barker and has a bit of an attitude. As a sheltie I love him but I'm sure I wouldn't like him at all as a human!
I have tried to chose the introduction photos which show their personalities and also a bit of our local scenery as quite a few of you say you like England.
Watch this space...bye for now
