Greetings Sheltie lovers. We are 26 year sheltie owners and lovers. We just brought home our third generation pups. Two shelties now 11 weeks old. Bonnie and Stella. Like another couple that recently posted on this thread we are older. I will be 80 this year and my wife 77. While it is possible our girls might outlive us we have already a commitment they will be cared for. We have lots of room for them and already adore them - with the two of them they are at this point getting plenty of exercise. We will be looking for puppy school soon now that spring is here.
I do have some questions that I will post later on another thread. Glad to have found this site. In 1992 when we brought home our first sheltie there was no place to meet other sheltie owners or find answers to questions that might be sheltie only questions.

Wow - two at once - lots of fun and lots of trouble!! My 5 year old Faith still loves to chew stuff up and destroys her toys especially squeaky ones. Been so long since we raised a pup - maybe after we retire. Please send along funny stories and we love photos!
