I have been a guest for awhile and have decided to join this forum - alot of interesting info - I too have a small sheltie - Sass. 11 inches at the withers and weighs in at 13-14 lbs soaking wet. And of course, she is the boss.

Welcome to you from us here in So. California! May I ask where in Minnesota you are? Anywhere near Delano?? My very best friend in the world lives there ;-).. We now have two shelties..one bi-black 2 year old male (16 1/4 in./23lbs), and one sable 1 year old (14 1/2 in./17 1/2 lbs).. We lost our "senior" Samantha last Tuesday. She was almost 14 years old.

Delano - we are about 20 miles from there. We have relatives in San Bernadino.
