Hi and welcome to the forums, Another Ontario Sheltie addict here, I am about 1 & 1/2 hrs southwest of TO. Just be advised as you can probably tell
from reading the forum one sheltie is usually never enough. For some strange reason they seem to manifest themselves as pairs or even triplets.

you have many that have responded from your area. we are 25 miles from the gulf of mexico in louisiana. about as far away from you in north america as you can get.
we have enjoyed our sheltie for over 3 years. more research and pictures will only solidify your case.

My name is Veronika, and I live about an hour away from Toronto. I came across this site a week or two back when cruising the web for Sheltie info. After reading through a lot of the threads on the Sheltie Nation forums and finding tons of great info, I decided to join myself! I don't presently own a Sheltie, but me and my family are looking into dogs breeds that we are interested in owning in a few years time (about 2 years , depending on how things play out) and a Sheltie is first on our list by far!
