Welcome to the Forum. I also have a handsome sable boy and I find that many people tell me what a beautiful girl I have. I have to admit that generally I smile and tell them that my handsome boy and I both thank them.

thanks for the warm welcome. shelties are such a beautiful breed. people stop us just to admire his appearance and playful demeanor. a couple of weeks ago, while getting a haircut, a lady stopped me to get the name of our breeders because she wanted a sheltie but did not know where to go. makes you want to boast.

You have a beautiful boy. Blessings may be how you sign off, but our Shelties bring many a blessing to our lives. We would be so much poorer without them.

Thanks for the welcome and the kind words about our Prince. Lisa and i were in Toronto in 2009 and Waterton in 2007. we almost did not return to Louisiana.... also, it is absolutely true that Prince has brought great joy to our lives. we look to many years together as a family. Him and our new grandson are doing well together and getting to know each other.

You were in my neck of the woods in 2009. I live in Port Colborne about 1/2 hour from Buffalo, and about an hour's drive from Waterdown. It is a beautiful area of the province. It's also about two hours from Toronto.

we spent 3 weeks on the road in sept & oct and during that time we were 3 days in Niagara Falls and into Canada. we really enjoyed our time there. those were special days for Lisa and I.
