Well, Gibbs has been home for 9 days now, and it's been a busy 9 days! We've been camping at the beach, had a bath, met the horses, learned that the clicker means a treat is coming, and that a leash is made for walking... not for chewing!
I had first planned on feeding a mix of kibble and raw (kibble in the mornings, and raw in the evenings), but after 2 days I decided just to do raw. I really like the idea of raw, and love all the things that I've heard about it. It's an adventure trying to find different meats and such, but so far we're sticking to chicken. Next week we'll probably add in a few meals of beef, and I'll continue to be on the look out for afforadle "exotic" meat in my area. Exotic being anything besides chicken, beef, or pork!
