It amazing when this bond happens so quickly! When a hole in our heart is finally filed we are so greatfull. Not to say our new additions can ever replaced what we lost, but the sorrow is diminished.
My new addition Baron is just like that for me like Kosi is for you! My other two boy don't really liked to be hugged or cuddled. Baron on the other hand is just like my beloved Mr Chance who I lost in November at age 14. I can hug Baron's huge ruff and he just loves the affection and attention.
I mentioned this to the rescue where I had found Chance. It was so touching that they said that Mr Chance guided me to find Baron knowing how much I missed hugging him!
