AAAAHHHH my PC crashed down and I think my answer got lost...
Yes, when she's herding, she's slower, but she's still a "faster" dog at working. When she gets up, she could be slower... While training with ducks, it got better and better.

I opened an extra thread in herding, so you can have a look.

Face has really great contacts, she is only 3??

and she is not "only 3", she's nearly 3 ;) her birthday is in June.

now I blush!!! Still now we both aren't able to take part in nationals, because you have to compete in the highest grade (3) and we're still in grade 2. In Germany you start with grade 1.
But maybe next year, when we've got a lot more experience :smile2:
 
I'm traveling with my students (all adults) from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. We arrive the 9th and leave the 13th -- visiting inland waterways, ports, air bases and trucking firms as part of the Transportation Industry Study. Our hotel is in Weisbaden, though.
