Quite a procedure indeed! I looked up a website that had the process for taking your dog to Hawaii. What a bunch of hoops to jump through! Five day or less quarantines, up to 120 day quarantines, possible immediate releases from the airport holding center. You'd have to be a Philadelphia lawyer to wade through all of the permutations. One would have to truly love their companion to take on that task (and I would assume most true pet lovers would). Good luck on your move.
