Thanks Hanna. My medical question goes out to those who may have experience with a cleft palate. Holly had her surgery when she was 7 weeks, she is now 11 weeks. I’m told she will have another reconstruction when I bring her in to be spayed. She sneezes a lot as she still gets some food into her nasal cavities. What do I need to watch for in case of infection? I changed her food and she is doing much better. The food they had her on had chunks in it that got caught in the nasal cavity and she’d have a hard time sneezing everything out. If there is anything I need to watch for please let me know. I have an appointment with my vet in 2 weeks.
