Hopefully that's a light at the end of the tunnel....

That’s fantastic news Margi! He must’ve loved the walk especially after 2 weeks of little activity!
Glad you both got some rest!

Last week my two came home from having their teeth cleaned and were slipping on the wood floor, I had to go lift the male over to the rug- they were rummy and puzzled for the whole of the rest of the day but OK the next day.. it does take time to shake off the anesthesia.

We are officially through the recovery period! I say officially because I gave up last week and let him do what he wanted. The only order I did follow thru on was using miralax for the 4 weeks. I am now trying to wean him off, little bits at a time and see if he can still potty normally. So far so good. It feels weird to not have to monitor every little dropping after three years...I still go out to see what he's done. One day he didn't go at all--of course it was a Friday and I freaked! But Saturday morning he made up for it LOL. I had forgotten what a happy playful boy he was before he developed his condition!
