How big is your dog bed?

I don't have any dog beds, but there are pillows and fleece in their crates. They sleep with me, so I'd have to say their bed is queen sized too. I'm pretty much curled up in a ball or hanging off the side because the two of them are stretched out all over the place!!

They both love to sleep on the tile. I think it's cool.

That is the sweetest thing! Have they been together since puppihood?

In that picture, Justice is 7.5yrs old and Diva is just over 1yr. I got Diva when she was 8wks old. So she grew up with J. Ember was hogging the big bed so they had to make due with the smaller one. Ember snuggles with no one.:wink2:

That picture of Diva and Justice is so cute.

McKinley sleeps in a queen size bed and Ron and I sleep in whatever is leftover.

And sometimes I sleep in the guest room because there is no room leftover.

And then MMM thinks he needs to sleep with me in the guest room because I might be scared or lonely........

Some nights.......:uhoh:

dog beds

I found this online when researching a bed for our new puppy and figuring out what size of bed to get. These measurements are for full grown dogs, using the standard shoulder height.

Breed Name/ Shetland Sheepdog
Shoulder Height: 12-15 (Inches)
Rectangle 21" x 36"
Oval: 21" x 36"
Round: 36"

Choosing the shape: You have a look at the way your dog sleeps. If they like to snuggle up when they sleep then an enclosed bed (oval or round) will probably be the best option. If they like to stretch out and moves around during their sleep then a blanket type bed or rectangle bed would be the best option.

Or use this way of determining what size of bed
Watch your dog sleep. Does he usually curl up or stretch out? If he's relaxed to the max, make sure the bed is big enough to support his entire body. Measure him lying down then add 12 inches to give him plenty of room.

I hope this helps.

Can Diva and Justice be any cuter??? I bought my dogs the large beds for every room. They do kind of use them off an on throughout the day but most times one or both are with me on the couch or in their queen size bed that they are kind enough to share with me.

I think we have a pattern here Shelties prefer a Queensize bed.:rolleyes2:
