How big is your Sheltie?

In Brodie's case, he was the 'runt' and his breeder never expected him to grow to the proper size. But I read somewhere that with breeding, there are multiple matings so a 'runt' may simply be a later 'gotcha!' moment. He apparently was as he is perfectly in size.
 
Zulu is right at 16" and 26 lbs. Cody was a little over 17" and 35 lbs. (he was 52 lbs when we adopted him!)
