How long to keep ears glued

Sca and Spitfire were prong ears but Angus' are tipped. His breeder thinks he is good to go now (and most likely correct) but his are now unglued. They have stayed tipped so far but I am wondering at 18 weeks is he likely good now or should I search for glue in case they stand up (I don't want one down and the other up is all)

all the other threads on ears say keep them glued until they are done teething.....
or you could try the glycerine thing.....

Even if they're tipped now, you'll want to keep them glued until he's at least 9 months old. They could still pop up until he's done teething, as Calliesmom said. The glue to use is either SpeedSew or Tear Mender. Sometimes you can find them in the sewing section at drugstore or fabric stores. Otherwise, you can order them here: http://wicketsbymel.com/glues.htm .

You'll want some Zo-eze (on the same page) to get the glue out when you need to redo them. Once he's through teething and his ears are pretty good, you can just use some pure glycerine rubbed on the tips every other day or so to weight them a bit.

Tuning in here for the first time in who knows how long. :)
He's got heavy ears. I had to actually put breathe right strips in his ears at an earlier age to keep them from going hound. I think you'll be just fine. Just watch them IF one starts going up you'll know you need to glue back down.
