i went to doggy daycare once for a half day and it was the best i also had a groom which wasn't as much fun, i must have wriggled a lot because they didn't trim the fur between my paws very well. Perhaps its because i was having too much fun.... and nothing to do with the fact that it was my second groom haha
i too was a bit nervous when they took me away from mum but apparently it didn't last very long. They even gave my mum a report card and this is some of what they wrote: What a sweet, happy and confident boy Gordon is!! He arrived at Dogcity unsure of what all the fuss was about, but soon set off on familiarising himself with the new surroundings and introducing himself very quickly to his new friends. Gordon’s biggest dilemma for the morning was making sure he had enough time to fit in playing time with all of his new buddies!!
Gordon is a social butterfly and initiated play with his new friends from the outset. This young man certainly doesn’t lack any confidence or energy and took no time to settle in daycare life. Gordon has absolutely loved his first bath and has even made a bonus friend in Grooming, his Groomer Laura!
Gordon is a happy-go-lucky boy who is eager to meet new friends and make the most of every second he has. His best friends today were Delta (Staffy X) and Barry (British Bulldog). Delta and Barry welcomed Gordon right into their friendship circle without hesitation.
Its a great place, on Mondays they do agility activity day! Once i'm all healed up from my injuries and if I'm not too scared of other dogs i'd love to go back to Daycare once a week.
